檳榔1枚(熟水磨令盡),生姜汁半兩,蜜半合,粳米2合。
腳氣喘悶,大腸壅澀。
以水1大盞半,先將米煮粥,欲熟,次下檳榔汁等,更煮令熟,空心頓服。
